Client Agreement

Thank you for choosing HK Closet Design.
This Client Agreement outlines the design process, responsibilities, and terms of service. By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. Services Included
HK Closet Design provides professional custom closet design services based on the information supplied by the Client. Two design packages are available: Basic Design and Advanced Design.
Both packages include:
- Custom closet layout and design
- Review of submitted measurements
- Review of submitted photographs (when provided)
- Design consultation
- Final design package
Basic Design — Layout is based on unit locations and width, with standard depth and height across all units, per HK Closet Design's standard specifications.
Advanced Design — Layout is fully custom, with depth and height tailored to each individual unit based on the Client's precise measurements.

Unless specifically stated in writing, this service does not include:
- Installation
- Material supply
- On-site measuring
- Engineering or structural modifications
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate measurements using the measurement guide supplied by HK Closet Design.
- Carefully review all measurements before submitting them.
- Provide clear photographs of each closet whenever possible, as they greatly improve the accuracy of the design.
The quality and accuracy of the final design depends on the information provided by the Client.
3. Measurement Disclaimer
HK Closet Design creates designs based solely on the measurements and information submitted by the Client.
The Client is responsible for verifying all measurements before submission.
If any measurements or photographs appear incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear, HK Closet Design may request additional information before beginning the design.
HK Closet Design is not responsible for errors, material shortages, installation issues, redesigns, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
4. Design Revisions
Basic Design includes up to two (2) reasonable design revisions.
Advanced Design includes up to [Insert Number] reasonable design revisions.
Additional revisions or design changes beyond those included may be billed at the current hourly or project rate.
5. Project Commencement
Full payment is required before design work begins.
All sales are final once payment has been received.
After payment is received, the Client will receive the next steps in the design process, including the measurement guide and measurement form (if not already completed). Once all required information has been submitted, a design consultation will be scheduled, followed by the creation of the Client's custom closet design.
6. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround begins after:
- Payment has been received.
- Measurements have been submitted.
- Any additional information requested by HK Closet Design has been received.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
7. Limitation of Liability
HK Closet Design's liability is limited to the amount paid for the design service.
HK Closet Design shall not be liable for installation errors, construction mistakes, material ordering errors, manufacturing defects, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
8. Acceptance
By submitting payment for the design service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this Client Agreement.
By submitting payment through either the Basic Design or Advanced Design payment link, the Client confirms their selection of that specific design package and its included services, as described in Section 1.
